This is book 24.5! Audible have incorrectly listed it

This is the precursor to the People v Alex Cross. I followed Audible’s listing and it’s made book 24 feel frustrating.

The story is good and has lots of emotion and tension. I don’t like that the narrator changes with every book and I don’t agree with paying full price or a credit for a short story.

Seriously disappointed - Don't waste a credit.

As a longstanding Patterson fan this left me cold and angry. It felt like Patterson had a cash flow problem and so would throw out a quick book to raise a quick buck from his loyal fans. The storyline adds nothing to the Alex Cross story and is more of a prologue for his next Cross book rather than a book in its own right. The narrator is great considering the lack of content and storyline he is having to try and overcome. I will be in a significantly less rush to buy the next in the Cross series. Disillusioned.
