This series of mindfulness meditations will help you to appreciate life in the present moment as you connect with your senses, thoughts and feelings. This is the second title in the series which has been designed to help you release anxiety and worry. People who practice mindfulness are less likely to get caught up in worries about the future or regrets over the past. So Relaxing!
I have just listened to Glen Harrold once again and in fact I fell asleep! I felt so relaxed and calm as I always do when listening to the many wonderful recordings , together with music. Again I have only given one star for the story content as I don’t consider this to be a story but then I maybe mistaken.

I thought I'd give mindfulness a try after reading an article about it, and I'm so glad I did! It really has improved my mood and outlook. I feel more calm and together, and if I feel myself getting anxious I can control it more easily. Highly recommended if you're an anxiety sufferer.

Not relaxing
I find this mans voice quite grating, not soothing or relaxing in the slightest. Wasted my money buying loads of his audio meditations that I will never use again.
