About this listen
Craig Beck's "Fear Technology" is a game-changing system that offers hope and relief to those who suffer from anxiety and panic disorders. In this book, Beck shares his personal story of struggling with anxiety, panic, and worry, despite having a successful career and a loving family. He knows first-hand how it feels to constantly predict disaster and doom in any situation and how this can make life unbearable.
With "Fear Technology," Beck offers a proven method to understand the underlying causes of chronic anxiousness and to reprogram the subconscious mind to regain control from the overbearing conscious or ego. Unlike long-term anti-depressant medication, which only hinders the treatment of the underlying condition, ‘Anxiety Lied To Me’ tackles the root cause of anxiety and panic disorders head-on, allowing individuals to overcome:
• Anxiety Disorder
• Panic Disorder
• Agoraphobia
• Separation Anxiety
• Social Phobia
• Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder
• Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder
• Health Anxiety
• Fear of Death
• Excessive worry
• Overthinking
This book is for you whether you are struggling with mild or severe anxiety. It offers a practical and actionable guide that will help you take control of your life and reclaim your happiness. With "Fear Technology," you can break free from the cycle of fear and worry and live the life you deserve.

Unhelpful
Very generalised views on anxiety seeming to assume all suffers immediately think the slightest twinge is imminent death, the same mistake many medical professionals make. Also seems to suggest suffers tell people the feelings of doom and unwanted thoughts and seek comfort and sympathy, in my experience shame and the realisation that the thoughts are unrealistic prevents disclosure. Contains many stories from authors own life that do not appear relevant to helping just an unsuccessful attempt to relate to suffers. Found very difficult to finish.
