Just what I needed to hear
After years of walking the tightrope, hoping one day I would be safe from myself and from drink I really believe this has given me what I need to jump down and get on with my life. My mum is an alcoholic and for the first time I’m not scared anymore.

Wow!
Love it! definitely one to re read! Makes you think a lot about the after effects and helps you realise how alcohol really makes you feel. Exactly what I was looking for!

Outstanding!
Desperate to change my lifelong relationship with alcohol I have read many self help books and I can honestly say this is the best so far. Craig Beck has definitely changed the way I look at alcohol and I'm 100% ready to quit. Day 1 of my new happier life starts today. Thank you Craig.
