Not Really as Titled
If you have already listened or read parenting books - you have probably heard everything in this book. There is very little about anger management. Of what little there is on anger - not much is helpful.

Helpful and reassuring
I found this book helpful in providing strategies and providing some knowledgable insights. I also found it reassuring as to some things I am already doing right (or at least trying to ;)

nothing about anger management
firstly this is full of waffle and padding. as a parent this is a waste of what little time I have. secondly the book is about parenting, and the advice is bad. better parenting books are how to talk so kids will listen I know what kind of parent I want to be, I bought this book to help me know how to manage my own anger and stress.
