To save herself and Visidia, Amora embarks on a desperate quest for a mythical artifact that could fix everything but it comes at a terrible cost. As she tries to balance her loyalty to her people, her crew, and the desires of her heart, Amora will soon discover that the power to rule might destroy her.

Wonderful
Excellent narration
- it really brought the characters to life. I wasn’t expecting the sequel to be better than the first book, but it was. We see more of the islands, and the people there. But the ending just ripped me in two, I was not prepared! I don’t want to give any spoilers except to say.. be prepared for lots of emotions with this book!
