Summary

Laugh-out-loud, feel-good romcom for fans of Emily Henry and Josie Silver 'Fresh, witty and thoroughly enjoyable.' The Sun

Fate has got it in for Libby Lomax. She realised, far too late, that her best friend Olly, is the actual Love of Her Life. Now he’s in love with the so-nice-it-hurts, Tash, and it looks like her happy ending is completely out of reach.

Things start looking up when she, quite literally, runs into the completely gorgeous Joel. Libby discovers that there is more to Joel than his six-pack, not least, the incredible fact that he honestly believes he has found his fairy tale princess in her.

And if this wasn’t enough, an unwanted guest shows up on Libby’s enchanted sofa; Grace Kelly, wearing her iconic wedding dress and convinced that Libby is figment of her imagination. But one thing that Grace doesn’t believe in is fairy tales. Grace believes that if you really want something, then you’ve got to make it happen yourself; words which give Libby hope that happy endings aren’t just for fairy tale princesses…

Loved loved loved! Fun&light-hearted Fab narration

Absolutely fabulous book from start to finish! Loved the 1st in the trilogy, sadly unable to buy the 2nd on Audible and this one was just brilliant! What a journey! Fantastic ending to a truly unique and unpredictable ke tale. Couldn’t put it down.
I loved the narration and am surprised by another's negative comment about this. I always listen to a sample to make sure I like the accent and sound of the narrator's voice, as it can ruin a good book. I truly loved this narrator's narration. Although I will say the Australian accent which was only very, very brief - maybe 5-10 sentences within about 5-10 minutes, as it was for a very minimal character was typically terrible in that it sounds like a New Zealander. To be fair though, I've yet to find a foreign audiobook narrator who CAN do a good Australian accent! 'o)

Note for those like myself who aren’t fans of bad language: There is a bit of language (f word) peppered lightly throughout - not totally inappropriately given the characters but still not entirely necessary. Brilliant writing - like this, doesn’t need it imo. Still a thoroughly fabulous read though! Normally I’d put a book away because of it but didn’t in this instance as I was otherwise enjoying it so much.

Ok soapy story but terrible narrating

The badly faked foreign accents got on my nerves!!!!
It is not a literary master piece but story kept me hooked
