Not really suited for an audio book...

Like many more academic books, there is an occasional need for references to visual materials.
This doesn't translate well to an audio book.
This book fares better than most on that regard... but then includes some Americanised mispronunciations.
An otherwise good treatise on a profound topic sadly spoiled by some profoundly distracting mispronunciations.
(This isn't about a British review of an American English book... it's about not pronouncing non-English names with strange US twists.)
