Definitely recommend it.
I really appreciated that a wide range of possible mood-lifting activities were suggested. Many other guides automatically assume an able-bodied readership, and activities tend to involve certain physical capabilities.

Easy to follow and effective
This guide is a simple, step by step guide to individual CBT. He is very understanding of the many different types of people who may be reading this book, and that makes it much more helpful than other guides that just focus on cookie cutter solutions.
