Well Delivered
I really enjoyed this book. I bought 2 books at the same time and I preferred the delivery of this one much more. The story of "Rick" is such a good way to experience the journey of transformation from following these principles.
This is an absolute bargain considering the quality of knowledge that is in this book.

Needs re-recording with a different narrator
The narrator is not great. Would recommend the physical book instead as the content sounds half decent - but I only lasted 2 chapters.
