Great guide book.

They reduce my worry and anxiety about my health problems. I have not been healed completely, but I think meditation helps my health and keeps my condition from progressing.

Awesome!!

This is very helpful and easy to understand. I loved that it was made with not just the medical side of things, but also real life scenarios where tacking anxiety is put into practice.
