Well Worth the Listen!

First off - Diana has such a calm and grounding voice. I appreciated the accompanying podcasts to listen to, as well as the PDF journal to follow and fill out. There are so many facets of self-love explored in this book - truly a book to learn from each and every day. This will be one of my regulars to pull out and listen to! Highly recommend.

Love the self love

I love this self love journal. And I like it as an audiobook, the narrators voice is so soothing — perfect for this'! This audiobook also comes with the PDF version so you print out or upload it to like Goodnotes so you can write in it. Also contains QR codes for things such as chakras.

Get back to yourself; give back to yourself!

We're always our worst critics. I think we all self-flagellate and often times we're not even aware of it. But who are we comparing ourselves to? To whose standards are we holding ourselves? I totally agree with the author; there's so much external BS that tells us how to think and feel. This meditative book is a really great start to reconnect with oneself, to trim away the external noise, to settle into being the observer again, where I could sit in awareness. It was a great reset and a renewal. It's sweet and it's simple. Give it a try!

Beautiful Journey to connect and love yourself more each day!


Diane Mikas is a self love queen! I looked forward to connecting with myself each day with this audiobook and accompanying journal. She includes QR codes to various podcasts and youtube videos that pair with each days topic. It was a wonderful experience listening to Diane’s friendly voice of encouragement and then completing my journal entry for the day. Highly recommend for everyone!

Delivers on its promise

This guided journal will walk you through the journey to identify and challenge your negative self-talk, practice self-compassion, and celebrate your strengths. I found it simple and straightforward. It is easy to follow the prompts, even if you are new to journaling. The journal is also well-organized so that even if you skip a day, you can always come back and find where you left off.

BEAUTIFUL!

I especially value my daily reflections, which help me to understand my deeply ingrained love patterns and moments. It's strange how some entries reflect my most ingrained wishes and concerns. It feels like a wise friend is gently pushing me in the direction of a more authentic version of myself. The combination of the calming narration and the energising exercises feels like a refreshing balm to my hectic daily schedule. My confusions seems to be dissipating, and in its place, kinder, clearer self-talk is beginning to take hold. This book is really helpful, It's a major step for me for selflove
