I am a woman engaged in a spiral of soul evolution. I believe that for an equitable future many of us should choose to consume less and create more. Life is Art so engaging in all things artistically is my aim- from cultivating sensory gardens to music, writing, painting, cooking etc.etc. Spiral Arc is run from a communal house above the stunning Santa Clara Lake in Southern Portugal where, up to two guests, are welcome to stay and share in the vision of day to day life undertaken in a spiritually artistic and fun fashion! I travelled on the road for almost a decade with my young family and animals- crossing the Sahara and into West Africa. We played music and held puppet shows, dance and gymnastic displays to fund our onward travel often staying and being fed and watered by the locals- from Bedhouin and Berber to millionairs attracted to our music and colourful way of life I was illuminated by the Light of the Universal Consciousness when I was only 18 years old so for most of my life I have known and understood that All is One and that we are energy in various states of vibration. I understand that the basic field of the known universe is a vibration that we have named Love. Everything I write is allowed to flow from a higher plane, even my small reflections simply flow through me and I only barely feel responsible for them in so much as I give them the time to be written down and then formated in such a way that they can be shared by others. My desire is that all humans should learn and understand, as soon as possible, that everything is one and that to harm any part of the creation is to harm oneself. Once knowing this everything about Human Societies will undergo massive, unstoppable change. I simply desire to be a part of that change. Xicca Frances***
