For nearly 30 years, William has been coaching leaders to higher performance and greater results. Today he helps high-performance agency owners and their teams conquer challenging situations & maximize potential with Clear-Minded Focus, Calmness, and Confidence. As the host of the Catalytic Leadership Podcast, William interviews leaders from a variety of disciplines to help entrepreneurs, agency owners, and leaders learn how to succeed and thrive. He has served in local church ministry for over 25 years, and as a pastor, author, and speaker, he is passionate about communicating the unchanging truths of the Bible in relevant and practical ways that people can understand and apply. He is the Lead Pastor of Southview Community Church, a church in Herndon, Virginia (near Washington, D.C.) where he has served for the last nineteen years. He holds a Ph.D. in Old Testament (with an emphasis in Biblical Backgrounds and Archaeology), and he loves to read and speak about leadership, organizational change, and mindset. Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, William now lives in northern Virginia with his beautiful wife Charlotte and their two daughters.
