Triya Redberg is a Certified Nutrition Consultant; specializing in blood sugar stabilization. She has been working in the health & fitness field as a personal trainer, yoga instructor, and group class instructor for over 15 years. She holds certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), the International Sports Science Association (ISSA), and the International Fitness Professionals Association (IFPA). She holds certifications in digital media and design from the University of Connecticut and Multimedia from City College of San Francisco. Triya embodies a holistic approach to healing and living. Her passion is to educate and assist her clients to integrate successful and enjoyable; healthy eating and wellness experiences. And most of all, for them to be easy and sustainable! Apart from fitness and nutrition, she also has a solid knowledge of herbal remedies, essential oils, massage therapy, and a licensed massage therapist. Triya was born and raised in Thailand, has been living in the United States since 2001, and she is a Hawaiian resident since 2014.
