Tracey Mack lives in Taylor, Michigan a small city outside of Detroit, Michigan in the U.S. Tracey has been yo-yo- dieting since the age of 25 when she started gaining weight after giving birth to her second child. Tracey has tried every diet known to man including working out in the gym for hours at a time. She reached her highest weight and became pre-diabetic in 2020 during the pandemic while working from home. Tracey is very passionate about finding a solution for her health and weight-loss and helping others to find one that she started keeping a journal about it and turned it into a book-Intermittent Fasting for Life-Experiment of One.
