Toni Gardner was born in Dayton, Ohio. After marrying Bill and having two sons, they moved to Columbia, South Carolina and then to Atlanta, Georgia where she fell in love with everything southern. She is the author of Rapture's Rainbow, published in 1986 by Zebra Books. She was an officer in two companies and the owner of two additional businesses. Toni is an avid reader, loves to play golf,and she and Bill share a joy of cooking and making wine. She has homes in Warner Robins, Georgia and St. Simons Island, Georgia.
