Timothy Dobbins is the author of “Stepping Up: Make Decisions That Matter” (Harper Collins, 2006) and its second edition, “Stepping Up: The Art of Making a Difference” (Independently published, 2022). He is also founder and President of Cultural Architects, a consulting and executive coaching firm that advises and develops diverse decision makers. He is a Fellow at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and an elected Fellow of the British-American Project. He is also the author of Business Companion, published in Italian, German, Spanish, Japanese, French, Chinese, and Korean (Living Language/Random House). As an ordained Episcopal clergyman, he has taught and ministered throughout the world in the role of Third-Party/Track Two Conflict Negotiator, while leading diverse congregations. As an early visionary and proponent of "Cultural Architecture," he honors the creative capacity for conscious growth and serves the evolving mission of both the leader and the organization. By understanding culture and focusing on development, he helps people find their way to step up and make a difference in their personal and professional lives.
