Tanya Pershin is a wife of over twenty years and a mom to two very active teenage boys. Three years ago she found herself frustrated to the point of tears. She could not get anything right. In addition to “MOM”ing and being an author, Tanya is also the visionary behind Player’s Fitness and Performance’s renowned Guest Experience Formula, which is continuing to revolutionize the way customer service is done in the fitness industry.
