Steve broke new ground in citizen reporting, and live video streaming, with his coverage of the 2004 and 2008 Presidential campaigns. Steve started video blogging because he wanted to experiment with new ways of sharing stories using new technologies. Relationships he developed during his video blogging years, led him to invest in people. Garfield’s angel investments have been in the fields of video, 3D printing. an auto dealership, and a brewery.
