Stephen Trink and his family reside in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. Stephen earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from McMaster University in 2006. He and his wife April have been beekeeping together for over 6 years. He published his first book, a children's book entitled "Stevie the Bee" in 2018. His second book "A Day in a Dream" was published in 2020. Stephen's third book "A Very Covid Summer" was also published in 2020 during the global virus pandemic. His most recent book, "A Very Covid Christmas" was published in December 2020. He and his wife currently manage 6 honey bee hives and have five young children who enjoy getting involved with the bees especially during the honey harvest! Stephen is very active in his community and is currently a member of the Waterloo Region Nature Club, the Entomological Society of Ontario and the Grand River Beekeepers’ Association. He enjoys helping “newbees” get started in this rewarding backyard hobby.
