Senan Mahon is a professional software developer, based in Ireland. He has been immersed in coding since the early 90's, when Windows 3.1 was the state of the art. He published his first novella Consequential, in late 2020. It's about an Irish scientist who's marooned at the International Space Station, because things have gone a bit haywire down on Earth. She decides to take on a little lockdown project of her own, which involves saving the planet! Fast-forward two years to December 2022, and Senan types the final full-stop on his second book, The Blue Race. This one is a full-length space opera about the struggle, between humanity and the belligerent Engus empire, to control the galaxy. It's a fast-paced adventure that'll have you on the edge of your seat. Senan lives in a small town on the south coast of Ireland, where he spends most of his spare time hammering his wild book plot ideas, into something people might actually want to read.
