Growing up in Greater Manchester, Sacha has been involved in music for over 25 years. After leaving school with two Us and an E at A-level and holding a series of jobs working the market stalls in Manchester and Liverpool, he quickly found himself involved in the rave-influenced music scene, listening to The Stone Roses, The Smiths and Bowie. Capitalising on his local knowledge and passion for music, in 1994 he approached legendary music venue The Hacienda with the idea of a mid week rave night, and laid the foundations for a passion which has since proliferated through his home city and overseas. Two decades later, Sacha has gone on to become a defining part of the Manchester music scene, co-founding rave phenomenon The Warehouse Project, and the world's largest urban music festival, Parklife, hosting some of the hottest names in international house and techno music including New Order, The Chemical Brothers and Calvin Harris, Snoop Dogg, Liam Gallagher and Skepta. Both The Warehouse Project and Parklife continue to sell out to this day. His inaugural tell-all book, Tales from the Dance Floor (released April 2024) has been endorsed by some of the best in UK music including Aitch, Shaun Ryder (Happy Mondays) and bestselling author and DJ Annie Mac.
