Robert Rasmussen is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Agile Six, a people-first, fully remote company that serves shoulder-to-shoulder with federal agencies to find innovative, human-centered solutions. Using modern technology and design, Agile Six creates user-friendly, accessible, and inclusive government services for everyone. Since co-founding the company in 2014, Robert has played a pivotal role in shaping Agile Six’s vision, culture, and strategic growth. His journey began with his service in the U.S. Navy as a network and systems engineer, followed by a decade in the telecom sector at Ericsson in Norway, where he was exposed to a work culture prioritizing employee well-being and work-life balance. Driven by a desire to create something more meaningful with his expertise and build a better place to work, Agile Six was born and has now grown to over 100 employees.
