Robert Jenkins was born and raised in London. Running wild was his heritage but he also wrote plays for the stage and scripts for the screen, novels and short stories. He wrote poetry from a young age and performed in the early days of stand-up poetry in London pubs. He studied as a mature student at UEL in London He writes novels.
