Currently serving as the UX/UI Design Manager for Combined Arms, a nonprofit dedicated to veterans' well-being, Eric brings over 30 years of expertise in information technology design. With a tech-savvy foundation, he possesses the knowledge to build web-based environments and portals and launch online products and a crucial skill set of wisdom in mindfulness meditation. Eric's transformative programs are meticulously crafted for individuals and businesses, creating a harmonious function of mind, body, and spirit. Harnessing the potent synergy of this amalgamation, he propels human performance to unprecedented heights, fostering enduring well-being and resilience. A U.S. Marine Corps Veteran and accomplished eleven-time author, Eric, known for his works such as Marine in the Mat, Yoga for the Jiu-Jitsu Athlete, and Breath Be-comes Life, he brings a wealth of knowledge to guide others on their healing journey. Passionate about alleviating the struggles of those with PTSD and related communities, he offers comprehensive integral coaching programs, seamlessly integrating mindfulness, resiliency, yoga, meditation, and movement. With a rich background encompassing over 2,000 hours of yoga teacher & meditation training and dual master's degrees in Buddhist Psychology and Ayurvedic Medicine, and is a Ph.D. candidate with a study on the Role of Extreme Athletic Peak Flow States on Resilience and Professional Outcomes. Eric is a seasoned teacher of Iyengar, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga. His training in Mysore, India, under the guidance of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois's family and Acharya V. Sheshadri, reflects a commitment to deepening his understanding of the body-mind-spirit connection. Eric's journey began with a clear vision and a desire to create a life aligned with his dreams. Despite many challenges and uncertainties, he persevered, taking intentional steps toward self-reflection, self-education, and self-discovery. Empowered by this wisdom, he has successfully navigated the complexities of the human condition to support others. As a result, Eric stands today as a beacon of empowerment, changing lives through his passion.
