Ralf M. Ruthardt, born in 1967, is the father of two adult children. After completing vocational training and a degree in business administration, he worked as an entrepreneur for around thirty years. He successfully founded several start-ups and was involved in innovations for the automation of business processes - including those based on artificial intelligence - and in sociology. He has volunteered in church communities for over forty years and has long supported projects in Africa. Since 2023, Ralf M. Ruthardt has been involved in social discourse as an author and promoter of the literary and art scene. As an author, Ralf M. Ruthardt observes and analyzes people and society. He writes in a differentiated, benevolent manner and with a dose of self-irony. By changing perspectives, he sees a path to reconciliation, consensus and thus to peaceful coexistence.
