Today, Peter Diaz is a veritable powerhouse. In addition to being an author, he owns a number of companies, he’s the CEO of the Workplace Mental Health Institute, he’s a trusted mental wealth authority and rubs shoulders with celebrities and other global players on a regular basis. But this wasn’t always so. There was a time in the early 90’s when Peter spiralled into a very disempowered place and eventually got diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder. For over a decade he struggled as he was heavily medicated, suicidal and living off a Disability Support Pension. He thought that was ‘it’. That his lot in life was to be ill, miserable, poor and unloved. And it was at his lowest that Peter resolved to dedicate himself to researching the life and habits of powerful people and turn his life around. And he did. Today, he has not only recovered completely, but he has also become the teacher for thousands of people around the world on what it takes to build your own personal and professional power. Peter helps Fortune 500 companies increase profits by enhancing the mental health, wellbeing, resilience and productivity of their workforce. He’s helped thousands of entrepreneurs and businesses become empowered, so they can thrive. He has interviewed business giants like Steve Wozniak (co-founder of Apple), and Randi Zuckerberg (marketing genius behind Facebook). He’s spoken on stages in the USA, Australia, Europe, and South Africa on the topics of personal power, leadership, resilience and emotional intelligence. He has featured in numerous media publications including BBC, SBS, ABC, Business Insider, Daily Telegraph and Woman’s Day. He is currently working on a new book focusing on mental wealth for organisations and travelling the world teaching others how to increase their freedom and wealth.
