Pete Steinberg is a leadership consultant and author who helps organizations overcome challenges and achieve unparalleled success. He recently published his first book, Leadership Shock: Using Authenticity to Navigate the Hidden Dangers of Career Success. Pete is the President of Innovative Thought, a business consultancy focused on leadership and organizational development. He supports clients in the areas of innovation, leadership, strategic planning, marketing, recruiting and organizational development. He works regularly as an executive coach for senior executives of global companies. Pete holds affiliated faculty positions with the Tepper Business School at Carnegie Mellon University and the Smeal College of Business at Penn State. Pete was an elite rugby coach leading the USA Women's Rugby to 2 World Cups and coached at the Rio Olympics. He also coached the Penn State Women's Rugby team to 10 National Championships.
