Penelope J Bristol is middle school science teacher with a passion for YA and Sci-Fi novels. She fell in love with Ray Bradbury's "Illustrated Man" in grade school, and now, at almost fifty, is pursuing her dream of becoming a writer. She's grateful for having lived all over the US, although her favorite spot continues to be the mountains of East Tennessee. Pene is a mother of three and a lover of reading, writing, long walks, and yoga. Although she won't be giving up teaching anytime soon, her future includes writing in the summers.
