I am a Portuguese fantasy writer who believes in the power of comedy to make people think, even if about absurd ideas. I adore reading Pratchett, but grittier fantasy such as GRRM's and Joe Abercrombie's can captivate me just as well. I thoroughly believe good characters are far more valuable than an interesting story, and my Thesis will tackle that very subject, if I am allowed to write about it.
