Paul Purifoy is a seasoned minister within the Assemblies of God, with over a decade of dedication to his calling. His journey began at a young age, when he was called to ministry at just 14 years old. Born and raised in El Dorado, Arkansas, Paul's foundational years were marked by a nurturing environment that fostered his early interest in spiritual leadership. After graduating from Parkers Chapel High School, Paul pursued further education at the Arkansas School of Ministry (ARSOM), where all classes from credentials to ordination were completed under the Arkansas District Assemblies of God. His academic pursuit did not end there; Paul achieved academic excellence by graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies from SUM Bible and Theological College. Beyond his ministerial commitments, Paul has gained a wealth of experience across various areas. He has held roles as a Sales and Finance Manager, and has worked in the auto, business, hotel, and food industries. His diverse professional background has equipped him with a broad perspective and a unique skill set that enhances his ministry work. Paul is not only passionate about his career but also enjoys a rich personal life filled with music and sports. He is an avid singer and musician. His love for sports is equally expansive, enjoying basketball, baseball, and fastpitch softball. At the heart of Paul's mission is a deep-seated passion for revitalizing the Church. He has witnessed numerous church closings, which has fueled his desire to ignite a renewed zeal for the lost—a mission he sees as more crucial now than ever. His vision extends to restoring the foundational gospel of Jesus Christ within the Christian faith. Paul's journey is supported by his loving and supportive family, including his wife and two daughters, who are the most important people in his life. Their love and support are central to his personal and professional life. Currently, Paul travels to minister at churches that are without a pastor and teaches the Live Wires Sunday School class for young adults. His life and work are a testament to his commitment to leading a transformative journey toward a vibrant and purpose-driven Church.
