Michelle Moore (1973-) grew up in Clarksville, Tennessee. At the age of twenty-three, Michelle Moore was newly married and searching for a career that would compensate her in direct correlation to the hard work and effort she put into it. Since Michelle has never met a stranger, as they say, real estate became the obvious choice. Her first year in real estate was "on-the-job" training, and she quickly realized that she would either sink or swim by the knowledge she gleaned, the effort she contributed, and the tenacity she mustered. With every "No" she received, she evaluated, studied, and adapted her business model, becoming an avid student to compensate for a lack of experience. She attended training classes and began to learn about personality types, sales techniques, and much more. At the end of her first year as a Realtor®, she was hired by a leading national newhome builder, Beazer Homes, and thus began her fifteen-year career specializing and excelling in new-home construction. As her knowledge of construction expanded, Michelle applied everything she learned to her business. By the time she was twenty-six, she was an award-winning sales professional in real estate. To date, she has earned over forty sales and leadership awards which includes earning the National Sales Manager of the Year Award with Zaring Homes by outselling all other agents company-wide in 1999; earning every sales awards given for various accomplishments throughout the year for the entire Nashville Division for Centex Homes in 2002; and by leading a team of six sales professionals to selling 87 homes in less than two weeks in the Lake Providence community in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, for Pulte Homes in 2006. Her platform includes training, coaching, inspiring, and motivating thousands of both new-home sales agents and general real estate agents. She passionately challenges agents to "rise to the top" by committing to excellence in all areas of their lives in order to achieve maximum success at the highest level, both professionally and personally. She teaches that coming to hear her speak or teach and reading her books is the easy part. It's step one of a two-step process that includes getting the information and the education. But she says, "What good is it if you do nothing with it? Take action! Change your ways so your life, professionally and personally can change too!" She teaches that so many agents don't know what they don't know and says, "Now that you know better, do better!" Currently she travels the country as an inspirational and motivational speaker, sales trainer, and leadership coach. She's also an accomplished author. She's created and written the national Real Estate Selling Professional® and New Home Selling Professional® designation programs for real estate agents. Her personal story and journey from abandonment to forgiveness paves the way for thousands to walk in freedom, as she leads by example around every bend and turn, and is a living testimony to how God makes all of the crooked paths straight. Michelle is a contributing author in the bestselling book, God Crazy Freedom, and is a co-author in the God Crazy Freedom mini-book series on Abandonment to Forgiveness. Also, she is a contributing author for Nashpreneur.com's book Ultimate Nashville Business Guide, Women's Edition. Michelle lives in Lebanon, Tennessee, with her husband of twenty years, Jeff Moore, and their two sons, Dillon and Carson.
