Michael McNamara writes fiction and nonfiction. His first book, The Political Campaign Desk Reference, is based on his over 25 years experience in running and consulting on hundreds of successful campaigns. His experience ranges from non partisan local liquor options and levy campaigns to candidates running for every level from township trustee to the United States Senate. McNamara imparts some of his breadth and depth of experience in his guide. McNamara also enjoys writing fiction. His first published novel, Nick Thomas Versus God, is about a boy who decides that he no longer believes in God and makes a very public statement that goes viral. Will Nick's journey lead him back to faith? McNamara earned his bachelor's degree from Miami University in Oxford Ohio and holds a Master of Public Administration degree from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. He lives in southwest Ohio with his wife, Lisa, and their two young sons.
