Michael Labun is a mediator, facilitator, and the Training Development Specialist at ACHIEVE Centre for Leadership. He has over 20 years of experience as a leader in the mediation and conflict resolution fields. Michael is co-author of the book, “The Culture Question,” and is the author of many ACHIEVE workshops including Emotional Intelligence and Mediation. He believes that education and training are largely about giving hope – people often come to a training to address a particular situation, and they want to leave with a plan to change it. Through his mediation, training, and consulting work, Michael has helped a variety of organizations become better workplaces.
