This is because it has always been a one-sided conversation focused on gathering information in the mind and creating a task list instead of beginning with a firm understanding of a person’s feelings that have developed over time. This is where Martha’s educational background in both business and education shines, as she brings her heartfelt compassion, experience, and knowledge to uplift, empower, and educate those she works with.
