Mark O'Connell, LCSW, MFA is a NYC-based psychotherapist in private practice and author. He writes the column Quite Queerly for Psychology Today, and contributes to a number of popular sources including Psychotherapy Networker, and the Huffington Post. His clinical writing on the performing art of therapy has been published in scholarly journals. Before becoming a therapist, Mark trained and worked as an actor, and he teaches "acting" workshops for therapists.
