M. Kari Barr enjoys fantasy above all other genres. Magic and make-believe simply sing to her. Kari adores beautiful art and entertaining children's stories. She has published a few stories for very young children (under 10.) Being quirky is not unheard of; Kari has published a few short stories that do not quite fit in the traditional fantasy arena, but they are still quite fantastical. In 2018 Kari's long-awaited novel series began to be published. Book one-- Once Again: Tales of Destiny. The Tales of Destiny series is a modern fairy tale, focused initially on the life of Mara Jamis, a 20-year-old college student on the verge of graduation. Rest assured fairies, elves and dragons make an appearance along with an evil elf seeking glory and fame at the expense of everyone else. Says Kari, "It's really a girl meets fairy love story, so go ahead, take a look and enter my world."
