Louise Delaney is an Irish author and lives in Dublin with her husband, Ed. Louise is currently a Doctor of Applied Leadership Candidate at Monarch Business School, Switzerland. She holds a Master’s Degree in Innovation & Technology Management from the DIT, Ireland. She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies from DIT, Ireland, where she also earned a Post-graduate Diploma in Management & Technology via Heilbronn University, Germany. Professionally, Louise has held various leadership positions in the Technology Sector in Ireland, spanning a career of over 20 years and is highly specialized in growing, developing and leading high-performance teams. Louise is an Executive member of the Women in Management Institute, at Monarch, Switzerland. Louise is a qualified IET practitioner and Mindfulness Instructor and is keenly interested in the emerging field of spiritual intelligence and its potential role in leadership development. Having experienced what could be described as a transpersonal experience (Friedman, 2002), a self actualized experience (Maslow, 1971; Hartelius et al., 2007), or a channeling experience (Wahbeh, 2021), Louise is excited about the nature of this overall experience and the communication that has opened up with non-local consciousness known as 'AMU'
