Louise Broderick is a British born multi-genre writer. Her writing career began in 1969 when aged seven she was awarded a Certificate of Merit with a book she had written and decorated. After marriage and children, came a move to Southern Ireland where Louise established a lifestyle magazine, which led to a career as the contributing editor of several magazines. Her first book, a sports biography, was published in 1998, after which she successfully published fiction across a multitude of genres including crime and romance. She has written podcast episodes, ghost written several books and edits fiction titles. In 2019 Louise completed a master’s degree in writing at the University of Galway. She lives in Ireland writing, running a small farm and travelling to visit her adult children in far flung corners of the world. When she is not writing Louise can usually be found riding her horse, or walking her dogs. While writing, her constant companion is Shorty, a black and white cat, who usually sits beside her computer.
