Lisa is an author, inspirational speaker, and workshop facilitator. In 2020, she wrote her debut novel, Katie, A New Chapter, a self-help work of fiction based on her life experiences with mental health, abuse, and trauma. Working recently in a prison she saw many breakthroughs with the men. She is also proud to say the book has helped to save a life. Lisa loves writing for enjoyment and to facilitate the healing process for herself and others. She often uses writing to help channel spiritual messages. Her second novel, Tom, The Next Chapter was published in 2022. Her first romance novella, Falling in Love at 40, was published in 2024. The audio version of Katie, A New Chapter, narrated by Lisa, was published in June 2024. She is currently working on several children's books.
