I’ve spent my 40 plus year career telling stories to sell products. My wife and I raised 5 children telling stories to teach, correct and entertain. But it was when I stumbled on William Goldman’s version of “The Princess Bride” and read it to my children before bedtime each night, that I got the urge to write my stories. Having traveled the world serving clients such as VISA International, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, Disney, USPS, The National Forest Service, Wells Fargo, JC Penney, Buena Vista, Comcast, and a many local and regional clients, I've visited most of the exotic places in The Blade of Safavid. Usually on my outbound flights I’d prepare for meetings, but on the return flight I wrote my stories. The Blade of Safavid is my first work of fiction, which I'm proud to share with the world. Recognized nationally and internationally for his skills in marketing and advertising, Kent has been awarded scores of industry awards for successful campaigns. All summed up – Kent has proven to be one of the leading creative minds over the past 40 years.
