Katherine Georges wrote her first memoir, My Unsung Psalm, after experiencing strokes and heart failure from aneurysms. Over the next few years, she developed cancer and went on to write and illustrate a children's historical fiction series, Grapefruit Millie, and is currently completing an adult historical fiction series. Her writing is lyrical and uplifting, words that leave the reader with a sense of wonder and reflection.
