Hi. I am Julie, a freelance writer, editor and author coach. I call myself a "curator of stories," because I am privileged to read many personally meaningful works other writers share with me. Passionate pursuit of the art of communication, through words, stories and overarching purpose, is my bliss. Being immersed in a rich variety of themes my author clients and I choose in our memoirs, historical fiction, romance, adventure, spiritual and personal development writing is energizing and satisfying. Inspired by the journey of love and release through my father's end of life, I write and share books and articles to contribute to a cultural shift in how we prepare ourselves and support others in the final chapter of life. I treasure the connections this transformational grief event continues to bring to me. After starting my life in rural Oklahoma, I lived in Indiana, Mexico, Oklahoma City, Tulsa and Toronto, Ontario. Along the way, I enjoyed a variety of career foci in the sciences, education, sales and marketing, copy writing and editing.
