If you are a parent, grandparent, or know anyone who is, I invite you to join me on this exciting journey. After years as a career businesswoman with a hobby of writing, I have decided to write a series of children's books that encompass strong values and morals to inspire elementary-age children. Having a blended family, including 10 grandchildren, I have a goal to pass down a legacy, not only to my grandchildren but also to children everywhere. Through my "Grammy's Treasure Hunt" books, readers will learn core values and morals through fun characters they can relate to, and they will be excited to read about each journey that is taken to find the treasures. As a grandmother I feel a responsibility to do what I can to help build the foundation all children need so they can become good, positive, contributing members of society when they become adults.
