© Jimena Tierra (Madrid 1979) is the pseudonym of a writer with a degree in Law from the UAM, with a postgraduate in financial counseling. Throughout his literary training he has studied criminology, publishing and intellectual property law, as well as creative writing and black genre in workshops given by professors such as Alberto Olmos or Philip Kerr. Cultivate short story, poetry and novel. It has been awarded for its short text Rubble, winner of the contest of Editions Saldubia 2014; Life is Aragon. Life is a dream, a sonnet that obtains the prize of lyric in the call Dare to rimar Aragón con ... sueño (2014); My husband is perfect, finalist in the story contest promoted by AVINESA (2014); and It was not just any summer, finalist in the contest Don Manuel de Moralzarzal (2017). Jimena Tierra has participated in the book of interviews Talking about books is good (ed PdA, 2016). His first novel, Equinoccio (GTT, 2016), is the result of three years of research in the field of occult sciences and satanism. Having been presented at emblematic places such as the Café Gijón, the Madrid Book Fair or the El Retiro park, it has reached its fifth edition. He has reached the second edition with his compilation of stories entitled I know your secrets, giving a critical importance to literature as a weapon of social complaint and has now presented his latest work, Cambio de Rasante, delving into the darkest aspects of the human being. Jimena Tierra is a member of the Writers Association of Madrid and a regular contributor to the cultural sections of the Solonovelanegra and Todoliteratura and Ihistoriarte spaces. Settled in the mountain town of Moralzarzal, lover of the letters, at the moment it combines the creative writing with the direction of Grupo Tierra Trivium. A new young model, committed to social values, entrepreneur and innovator, which tries to bring a different perspective to the current editing process.
