Jennifer Milius helps leaders, entrepreneurs and authors see, own, and communicate their authority during big moments - when they're excited about what's next but find themselves playing small. With 20 years of corporate leadership experience, an undergraduate degree in Communications (with emphasis in Public Relations), an MBA, and 11 years as an entrepreneur, Jen has noticed the same pattern across every context she has worked in: the moment someone is most ready to step into something bigger is exactly when the Quiet Critic, as Jen calls it, gets loudest. That internal voice that edits everything and convinces accomplished people to dim themselves right when they most need to shine. Jen works with leaders, entrepreneurs and authors to see past that editing, so they recognize the authority they've already been demonstrating, own it without apology, and show up fully during the moments that matter most. Since launching her business in 2014, Jen has published multiple books including You Know it's a Verb, Right? (leadership development), Author Stylist Guide: Own Your Greatness, Get Visible and Share Your Message (visibility and authority), and the Einstein & Moo children's book series (teaching young readers about being authentically themselves, not trying to be something they're not). Throughout her entrepreneurial journey, she's worked with hundreds of authors, leaders, and business owners - helping them navigate the courage it takes to step into visibility, own their expertise, and claim their space without playing small. Jen believes you are infinitely and wonderfully made, and that your gifts, experiences, and personality aren't meant to be covered up or apologized for.
