I am a Maine native with a deep appreciation for the state's rich characters and natural beauty. Growing up in central Maine, I had the pleasure of knowing many relatives how grew up during and before the great depression and their stories have greatly influenced my writing. I am a behavioral health nurse by trade, and I like to explore the complexities of human relationships and the ways in which people and families are shaped by their surroundings. I am particularly interested in the unique culture and history of Maine, and many of their stories are set in small towns and rural communities throughout the state. I believe that storytelling is a powerful way to connect with others and to create a sense of community, and I hope that my work will inspire readers to explore the beauty and complexity of this remarkable state.
