Holly A. Duckworth Holly is a practicing psychotherapist in Durango, Colorado. She helps people find their true purpose, achieve their best life, and release subconscious limitations through executive coaching, psychotherapy, and hypnosis. Holly has held corporate positions in Executive Leadership, Continuous Improvement, Quality Management, and Operations Management in the Aerospace and Automotive industries. She has a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, an M.S. in Management from the University of Southern California, and a Ph.D. in Psychology from Capella University. Holly is co-author of “My Six Sigma Workbook” and “Social Responsibility: Failure Mode Effects and Analysis”, "A Six Sigma Approach to Sustainability: Continual Improvement for Social Responsibility", and most recently, "Finding Purpose: Surprising Wisdom from the Higher Self, and "Finding Forgiveness: Surprising Healing from the Higher Self".
