Herb is the founder and CEO of HealthyDealer, a leadership development organization. Herb envisions a world in which people go to work inspired, are coached in a positive, safe, and supportive environment to be their best, and go home at the end of day with a feeling of fulfillment for the contributions they have made in furthering the vision and mission of the organization. Realizing this vision becomes possible when our organizations are run by leaders who operate with intentionality. Herb is best described as a “gap-filler” and “dot-connector” as he helps leaders better understand the things they don’t yet know and how the things they already know fit together to become better leaders. His efforts are largely focused on developing leaders because he believes the other essential elements of successful organizations, like teamwork, culture, communication, and organizational health are byproducts of great leadership. The first half of Herb’s career was focused on developing his own leadership skills through founding and growing multiple companies. The second half is devoted to developing leaders and helping people, teams, and leaders achieve greater success through a practice of intentionality. When he’s not traveling for business, coaching clients and/or speaking about leadership, organizational health, and intentionality, you can often find Herb enjoying time with his wife or chasing a little ball around the golf course. Herb lives with his wife of forty years, Jocelyn, in the midwest. Together they enjoy their three children and spouses and six grandchildren.
